• To provide professional services, with competence and diligence, in accordance with industry standards.
• To respect the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• To provide clear and timely support within the framework of the contracted services.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the User/Client

• To provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay on time all fees related to the contracted services, according to the issued invoice.
• To use the materials, reports, and advice received for legal purposes and in accordance with the concluded agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

Bimeyhane services are offered based on the information provided by the Client. We do not guarantee specific results or financial growth as a result of our consulting. Our liability is limited to the value of the invoiced service for the specific case. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses or damages.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment for services is made according to the issued proforma/invoice. Consulting and training services are personalized, and the right to a refund or full reimbursement is applicable only in exceptional situations, before the actual start of the provision, and is established by written agreement. Returns are not accepted after materials have been delivered or services have begun to be provided.

5. Modification and Termination of Terms

Bimeyhane reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of them. We may suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms.
